You’re basically left with two options: either struggle, or buy CPQ (Revenue Cloud), which is a massive cost to implement and manage,” explained Alex Ferrario, Revenue Operations Manager.
While Salesforce CPQ was an option, the cost and complexity of implementing this tool were perceived as risky for a mid-sized organization like Omada.

“It enables a quicker and more flexible implementation process, compared to implementing a full CPQ system,” Alex notes.

The Volume Pricing app had an immediate impact for Omada. By moving away from manual spreadsheets, the team eliminated repetitive admin work and gained accurate, reliable pricing, freeing up valuable time to focus on driving revenue.
