How to purchase GSP apps

There are two ways to purchase GSP apps:

  • Via the AppExchange.
You do this using a personal or company card. You can choose to pay monthly or annually.
  • Direct from GSP.
With this option, you sign an order form, and we send you an invoice which your finance team pays via the banking system. We only support annual payments with this approach.

The price is the same with both methods, but the process is different.

Purchase GSP apps via the AppExchange

To purchase a GSP app via the AppExchange, take these steps:

  • Log into the AppExchange with your production Salesforce credentials.
  • Navigate to the relevant GSP app listing.
  • Click the Get It Now button.
  • Follow the instructions to install the app in production.
  • Return to the app listing. The Get It Now button should read Buy Now (see below if it hasn’t changed).
  • Click the Buy Now button and follow the instructions. You’ll need to enter your card details and billing address, and you can decide to pay monthly or annually.

Sometimes, the AppExchange page cache doesn’t refresh, so the Buy Now button still reads Get it Now. In this case, click your avatar in the top right corner, then down to My Subscriptions and Installs. There’s a Buy Now link there, which should be current.

Purchase apps direct from GSP

If you prefer to receive an invoice from GSP which your finance team pays, follow these steps:

  • Install the app from the AppExchange in the usual way. You’ll get a 14-day free trial in production.
  • Contact GSP via our website or at [email protected] and let us know which app you want to purchase and your billing email address.
  • We’ll send you an Order Form by DocuSign.
  • Approve the Order Form.
  • We’ll send an invoice to your billing email address.
  • Have your finance team pay the invoice within 14 days through the banking system. All the details for this are on the invoice.

Let us know if you have any questions about either approach, and we’ll answer by email or arrange a web meeting.
