How to cancel your subscription to a GSP app

The way to cancel your subscription depends upon whether you purchased the app via the AppExchange, or direct from GSP.

To cancel a subscription purchased via the AppExchange:

• Log into the AppExchange using your usual Salesforce credentials.
• Click your avatar in the top right corner.
• Select My Installs and Subscriptions.
• Select Cancel Subscription.

To cancel a subscription purchased directly from GSP, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected].

Remember, you must cancel a direct subscription more than 14 days before the renewal date.
