Enhancement: Sets KPI percentage fields to zero (rather then error) if the target figure is not populated.

Update: Removes deprecated functionality relating to Account and Contact Activity Frequency.

Enhancement: Separates the single SWOT field into four separate fields for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
