MRR Summary Fields

The MRR Schedule object has the custom fields below.

Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)

 

  • # Active Subscriptions (GSPMRR__Active_Subscriptions__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the number linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is not Pipeline or Error.
  • # New Active Subscriptions (Existing Logo) (GSPMRR__New_Subscriptions_Existing_Logo__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the number linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Expansion or Reactivation.
  • # New Active Subscriptions (New Logo) (GSPMRR__New_Subscriptions_New_Logo__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the number linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is New.
  • ARR (GSPMRR__ARR__c, Formula, Currency)
    Multiplies the Total MRR * 12
  • Average Subscription Amount (GSPMRR__Average_Subscription_Amount__c, Formula, Currency)
    Divides Total MRR Amount / # Active Subscriptions.
  • Cancellation (GSPMRR__Churn__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Cancellation.
  • Churn (GSPMRR__Churn__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Churn.
  • Contraction (GSPMRR__Contraction__c, Formula, Currency)
    Sums Churn + Downgrade + Cancellation
  • Date (GSPMRR__Date__c, Date)
    Defines the month of the MRR Summary record.
  • Downgrade (GSPMRR__Downgrade__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Downgrade.
  • EV Added (Existing Logo) (GSPMRR__EV_Added_Existing_Logo__c, Formula, Currency)
    The Embedded Value (EV) from existing customers, calculated as # New Active Subscriptions (Existing Logo) * Subscription Lifetime Value.
  • EV Added (New Logo) (GSPMRR__EV_Added_New_Logo__c, Formula, Currency)
    The Embedded Value (EV) from new customers, calculated as # New Active Subscriptions (New Logo) * Subscription Lifetime Value.
  • Expansion (GSPMRR__Expansion__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Expansion.
  • MRR Growth (GSPMRR__MRR_Growth__c, Formula, Percent)
    Total MRR Amount for current month compared to previous month.
  • Net New (GSPMRR__Net_New__c, Formula, Currency)
    Balance from ( New + Expansion + Reactivation) – (Churn + Cancellation)
  • Net Uplift (GSPMRR__Net_Uplift__c, Formula, Currency)
    Sums Uplift – Contraction.
  • New (GSPMRR__New__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is New.
  • Previous MRR (GSPMRR__Previous_MRR__c, Formula, Currency)
    The Total MRR from the previous month.
  • Previous MRR Summary (GSPMRR__Previous_MRR_Summary__c, Lookup)
    Lookup to the MRR Summary for the previous month.
  • Reactivation (GSPMRR__Reactivation__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Reactivation.
  • Revenue Churn % (GSPMRR__Revenue_Churn_Percent__c, Formula, Percent)
    The Churn this month compared to the Total MRR for the previous month.
  • Subscription Lifetime Value (GSPMRR__Subscription_Lifetime_Value__c, Formula, Currency)
    Calculated as the Average Subscription Amount * (1/Revenue Churn %)
  • Total EV Added (GSPMRR__Total_EV_Added__c, Formula, Currency)
    Calculated as Total # New Subscriptions * Subscription Lifetime Value.
  • Total MRR Amount (GSPMRR__Total_MRR_Amount__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules.
  • Total New Subscriptions (GSPMRR__Total_New_Subscriptions__c, Formula, Number)
    Sums Total New Subscriptions (Existing Logo) + Total New Subscriptions (New Logo)
  • Upgrade (GSPMRR__Upgrade__c, Roll Up Summary)
    Sums the MRR Amount from linking MRR Schedules where MRR Type is Upgrade.
  • Uplift (GSPMRR__Uplift__c, Formula, Currency)
    Sums New + Expansion + Reactivation + Upgrade
