Account Health Review Fields

The Account Health Review object contains the following fields.

Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)

• Account (KeyAccountPlan__Account__c, Master-Detail)
  Master Detail Relationship to the Account Record.
• Account Plan (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Plan__c, Lookup)
  Lookup Relationship to the Key Account Plan Record.
• Average Score (KeyAccountPlan__Average_Score__c, Formula – Number)
  Calculates the Average Score of the Score Field on the Account Health Criteria Records.
• Comments (KeyAccountPlan__Commentary__c, Text Area)
  Allows you to add comments to Account Health Review Records.
• Highest Score (KeyAccountPlan__Highest_Score__c, Roll-up Summary)
  Roll-Up Summary of the Highest Score from the Account Health Criteria Records.
• Lowest Score (KeyAccountPlan__Lowest_Score__c, Roll-up Summary)
  Roll-Up Summary of the Lowest Score from the Account Health Criteria Records.
• Review Date (KeyAccountPlan__Review_Date__c, Date)
  Date Field for marking when the Account Health Review took place.
• Total Count (KeyAccountPlan__Total_Count__c, Roll-up Summary)
  Roll Up of the Number of Account Health Criteria Records associated to the Account Health Review.
• Total Score (KeyAccountPlan__Total_Score__c, Roll-up Summary)
  Roll Up of the Total Score of Account Health Criteria Records associated to the Account Health Review.
