Custom Objects

The Account Planning app contains the following objects.

• Key Account Plan (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Plan__c)
  This object stores the core information about the Key Account Plan. All other entities within the app relate directly to the Key Account Plan.
• Objective (KeyAccountPlan__Objectives__c)
  Use this critical object to store the Objectives related to a Key Account Plan. These objectives are the business outcomes you expect to achieve during the lifetime of the Account Plan.
• Whitespace (KeyAccountPlan__Whitespace__c)
  This object stores the Whitespace records related to a Key Account Plan. It’s used to analyze the share of wallet across the range of products and services you provide to each customer.
• Account Health Criteria (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Health_Criteria__c)
  This object stores the Account Health Criteria needed to create the Account Health Review Records.
  
• Account Health Review (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Health_Review__c)~
  This object stores the Account Health Review Records.
  
• Heat Map Values (KeyAccountPlan__Heat_Map_Values__c)
  The Object Stores the values displayed on the Contact Heat Map.
  
• Account Plan Contact Role (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Plan_Role__c)
  This object stores the Account Plan Contact Role records related to a Key Account Plan. These people within the customer organization will influence your Account Plan’s success.
• Account Plan Colleague Role (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Plan_User_Group__c)
  This object stores the Account Plan Colleague Role records related to a Key Account Plan. These are the colleagues that play a role in the Account Plan; in other words, the team that will collaborate to ensure the objectives are achieved.
• Account Plan Partner Role (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Plan_Partner_Role__c)
  This object stores the Account Plan Partner Role records related to a Key Account Plan. These are other organizations that play a vital role in the context of your Account Plan.
