Account Plan Contact Role Fields
The Account Plan Contact Role object contains the following fields.
Remember, you can modify the Relationship Strength picklist to show the options that are important to your business.
Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)
- Account Plan (KeyAccountPlan__Account_Plan__c, Master-Detail)
This field is the master-detail relationship linking the Contact Role to the Account Plan. - Account Plan Role Name (Name, Auto Number)
This field is an auto number defining the name of the Account Plan Contact Role record. - Contact (KeyAccountPlan__Contact__c, Master-Detail)
This field is the master-detail relationship linking the Contact Role to a Contact. All Account Plan Contact Roles link to a Contact record. - Role (KeyAccountPlan__Role__c, Picklist, Default Values: Gatekeeper, Business Influencer, Technical Influencer, Decision Maker, Financial Approver, Project Manager, Other)
This field defines each Contact’s role in the context of the Account Plan. - Relationship Status (KeyAccountPlan__Relationship_Status__c)
The field defines the quality of the current relationship status between the Contact and your business. - Relationship Strength (KeyAccountPlan__Relationship_Strength__c, Picklist, Default Values: Will Recommend You, Strong Supporter, Supporter of Yours, Interested in You, Sees You Same As Everyone Else, Mildly Negative, Strongly for Competition, Will Recommend Competition)
The field defines the quality of the current relationship between the Contact and your business. - X-Axis (KeyAccountPlan__X_Axis__c)
The field defines the influence of the Contact in making business decisions. - Y-Axis (KeyAccountPlan__Y_Axis__c)
The field defines the Contact Likelihood to Recommend us as a business.
