Modifying the automatically created White Space records

When Users create an Account Plan, a white space record is automatically created for each picklist value on the Offering picklist.

These white space records will initially have the default values in the Offering picklist (Product Category, from 1 to 5).

That’s why it’s critical to modify the values in the Offering picklist to ones relevant to your business.

Users can create additional white space records by entering details about the products and services customers purchase.
