Whitespace Fields
The Whitespace object contains the following fields.
Remember, you can modify the Offering and With picklists to show the options that are important to your business.
Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)
- Comments (KeyAccountPlan__Comments__c, Text, 255)
Any additional information you believe is appropriate - Competitor (KeyAccountPlan__Competitor__c, Lookup)
Allows you to link the white space record with another Account (only relevant if your competitors are Accounts in Salesforce). - Contract End Date (KeyAccountPlan__Contract_End_Date__c, Date)
The date any agreement with your or other organizations ends. - Customer (KeyAccountPlan__Customer__c, Lookup)
Lookup to the Account to which the Account Plan links. Automatically populated when creating White Space records. - Key Account Plan (KeyAccountPlan__Key_Account_Plan__c, Lookup)
Lookup to the Account Plan. Automatically populated. - Offering (KeyAccountPlan__Offering__c, Picklist, Default Values: Product Category 1, Product Category 2, Product Category 3, Product Category 4, Product Category 5)
The category of products and services. Your system administrator controls these values. - Spend (KeyAccountPlan__Spend__c, Currency)
The amount of money the customer spends on that offering. - With (KeyAccountPlan__With__c, Picklist, Default Values: Unknown, Executes Internally, Competitor, Us, Don’t Do)
How the money is spent. For example, with your organization, a competitor, or the customer internally delivering the product or service. - Year (KeyAccountPlan__Year__c, Picklist, Default Values: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030)
The year for which the white space records are being created.
