Disabling Single Product Multi-Line Feature on Quotes

By default, in the Product Manager, you can add the same Product multiple times as separate line items. However, you can disable this feature and prevent users from adding the same Product more than once.

Follow these steps to prevent duplicate Products from being added to a Quote using the Product Manager.

1. Navigate to a Quote.
2. Click the Cog in the top right, then select edit page.
3. When the page loads, click on the GSP – Product Manager component.
4. In the right-hand column, you will see a checkbox called “prevent duplicate products.”
5. Set this checkbox to TRUE
6. Click Save

Duplicate products will now be prevented in the Product Manager.
