How Subscription Groups Work

Subscription Groups enable users to group multiple Subscriptions together. Subscription Groups provide an additional reporting dimension and make viewing multiple Subscriptions on a single Account easier.

For example, if a customer has multiple Subscriptions relating to the various components within a SaaS application, you can group these under a Subscription Group. This provides an additional way to see the Subscriptions on the Account.

Collating Subscriptions in Subscription Groups also provides additional reporting flexibility. For example, in this report, we can see the various Subscription Groups held by different customers.
