Subscription Cancellation Fields | Subscription Manager by GSP

The Subscription Cancellation object has the custom fields below.

Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)

• Cancellation Date (GSPMRR__Cancellation_Date__c, Date)
  The date of the Cancellation.
• Cancellation In Current Month (GSPMRR__Cancellation_in_Current_Month__c, Checkbox)
  Used internally within the app for cancellation processing.
• Cancellation Type (GSPMRR__Cancellation_Type__c, Picklist)
  Indicates whether the cancellation is at renewal or mid-term.
• Cancelled Units (GSPMRR__Cancelled_Units__c, Number)
  Users populate this field in the event of a partial cancellation i.e. not all units are being cancelled.
• Full Cancellation (GSPMRR__Full_Cancellation__c, Checkbox)
  User sets this field to True in the event all units are being cancelled.
• MRR Reduced By (GSPMRR__MRR_Reduced_By__c, Currency)
  Automatically calculates the reduction in MRR associated with the cancellation.
