Subscription Fields | Subscription Manager by GSP

The Subscription object has the custom fields below.

Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)

• # Active Units (GSPMRR__Active_Units_Formula__c, Formula, Number)
  Counts the number of active units currently related to the Subscription from Opportunity Products. Used in reporting and metrics.
• # Pipeline MRR Schedules (GSPMRR__Pipeline_MRR_Schedules__c, Roll Up Summary)
  Sums the number of MRR records on the Subscription that relate to pipeline Opportunities. Used in reporting and metrics.
• # Units Cancelled This Month (GSPMRR__Units_Cancelled_This_Month__c, Roll Up Summary)
  Sums the number of units from Subscription Cancellations in the current month. Used in reporting and metrics.
• Account (GSPMRR__Account__c, Lookup)
  Links the Subscription to the Account. Populated automatically.
• Cancelled Date (GSPMRR__Cancelled_Date__c, Date)

• End Date (GSPMRR__End_Date__c, Date)
  The final date that the customer has access to the product or service provided by the Subscription.
• Full Cancellation (GSPMRR__Full_Cancellation__c, Roll Up Summary)

• Grouped Subscription (GSPMRR__Grouped_Subscription__c, Checkbox)
  Records whether the Subscription is linked to a Subscription Group. (True means the Subscription is part of a Subscription Group).
• MRR End Date (GSPMRR__MRR_End_Date__c, Date)
  The final date for which there is an MRR record linked to the Subscription.
• MRR Start Date (GSPMRR__MRR_Start_Date__c, Date)
  The first date for which there is an MRR record linked to the Subscription.
• Price Change Rule (GSPMRR__Price_Change_Rule__c, Lookup)
  The Price Change Rule that applies to the Subscription.
• Product (GSPMRR__Product__c, Lookup)
  The Product to which the Subscription relates.
• Start Date (GSPMRR__Start_Date__c, Date)
  The first date the customer has access to the product linked to the Subscription.
• Status (GSPMRR__Status_Formula__c, Formula, Text)
  The current status of the Subscription. Determined by the Start Date and End Date.
• Subscription Group (GSPMRR__Subscription_Group__c, Lookup)
  The Subscription Group to which the Subscription is linked. Blank if the Subsription is not part of a Group.
• Subscription Name (GSPMRR__Subscription_Name__c, Text)
  Default object Name field within Salesforce.
• Total MRR Quantity (GSPMRR__Total_MRR_Quantity__c, Roll Up Summary)
  The current total quantity of units linked to the Subscription via Opportunity Products.
