Custom Objects

The GSP Subscription Manager app contains the following custom objects.

• Subscription (GSPMRR__Subscription__c)
  A Subscription defines the dates a customer can access a specific product or service sold on one or more opportunities. The Subscription also defines the start and end dates for Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) records.
• MRR Schedule (GSPMRR__MRR_Schedule__c,)
  MRR Schedule records track the monthly recurring revenue for a Subscription.
• MRR Summary (GSPMRR__MRR_Summary__c)
  MRR Summary records summarize the MRR Schedules for a given month. Calculates critical MRR metrics at the corporate level.
• Subscription Group (GSPMRR__Subscription_Group__c)
  Subscriptions can optionally be included in a Subscription Group. For example, Subscriptions for the individual modules within a solution sold to the customer might be grouped into a Subscription Group.
• Subscription Cancellation (GSPMRR__Subscription_Cancellation__c)
  A Subscription Cancellation records the termination of a Subscription. The customer no longer has access to the product or service linked to the Subscription.
• Price Change Rule (GSPMRR__Price_Change_Rule__c)
  A Price Change Rule records the price increase that can potentially be applied at renewal to products held by the customer.
• Subscription Price Change (GSPMRR__Subscription_Price_Change__c)
  A Subscription Price Change links a Price Change Rule with a specific Subscription.
