Modifying the Account Health Review Values

Account Health Review records allow users to track their progress against key identifiers that define success in our relationships with accounts.

We provide a set of values for the health review by default; however, you may want to change them.

To change the picklist values, follow these steps:

• Go to Setup.
• Object Manager.
• Account Health Criteria.
• Fields & Relationships.
• Criteria.

We recommend creating new picklist values to describe the key identifiers defining success in our relationships with strategic customers.
