Creating Objectives

What are Objectives?

Objectives are the specific things you need to achieve to execute your Account Plan successfully.

Here are the steps to create an Objective.

 

How to Create an Objective

  • Navigate to your Key Account Plan.
  • Click the Manage Account Plan Button:

  • When the Pop-Up loads, click the Add Objectives Tile:

  • Enter the relevant information into each field.
  • Click Save if you wish to create multiple records (when saving, the record will be created, and the fields will blank, allowing you to create more). When you have created all your Objectives, click Save & Close.

Remember, the Objective owner can differ from the Key Account Plan Owner.
