Creating Account Health Reviews
What are Account Health Reviews?
Account Health Reviews are frequent reviews that enable you to understand overall Account Health and Performance based on fixed criteria important to you as a business. They help us identify what we are doing well with the customer and areas for improvement.
How to Create an Account Health Review
- Navigate to your Key Account Plan.
- Click the Manage Account Plan Button:
- When the Pop-Up loads, click the Add Health Score Tile:
- Enter the relevant information into each field:
- Click Save.
We recommend conducting an Account Health Review monthly to benefit from the function. Over time, you should expect to see improvement in scoring.
