Modifying the Heat Map Values
The Heat Map allows users to identify their relationships with Key Stakeholders at a Customer.
Remember, you can review our blog post about using heat maps at any time:
The Power of Contact Heat Maps in Sales & Account Planning.
The blog post explains how to use the contact heat map and why it is crucial to identify our relationships with our key stakeholders.
We provide a set of X and Y axis values for the heat map by default; however, you may want to change them.
To change the picklist values, follow these steps:
- Click the 9 dots in the top left.
- In the search, enter Heat Map Values.
- Edit any records you wish to modify on the x and y axes and the relationship status.
- Load the Contact Heat Map from a Key Account Plan Record to check if it’s working correctly.
We recommend creating picklist values on the axis to align with your business terms for stakeholder management.
