Add the Key Account Planning related list to the Account Page Layout(s)

You can view the Key Account Plan associated with an Account from the Key Account Plans related list.

To add the Key Account Plan related list to your Account page layout(s):

  • Go to Setup, Object Manager.
  • Click on Account.
  • Select Page Layouts, then click on the name of the first page layout.
  • Click on Related Lists.

  • Drag the Key Account Plans Related List onto your Account Page Layout

  • Don’t forget to click Save.

Remember, you’ll need to do this for each Account Page Layout if you have more than one.
