Viewing the Account Hierarchy from an Account Plan

The Account Hierarchy exists on all Key Account Plans. You can click the Manage Account Plan button and select the Display Account Hierarchy tile to show all Accounts related to the Account of the Key Account Plan.

For each account, you can see all the associated contacts.

And an example of the resulting page:

The page lists all the Accounts within the overall hierarchy and the associated Contacts.

If you view this page and you do not see all of the associated Accounts, this can happen for two reasons:

• Your System Administrator has not initiated the Account Hierarchy functionality, so please check with them.
• The Key Account Plan account doesn’t have parent or child Accounts.
