Configure the Product Manager Add Products Additional Columns

The “Product Manager – Additional Columns” Field Set determines which columns will be displayed on the Edit Opportunity Products (second page) of the GSP Product Manager.

By default, on the Product Manager’s second page, you can see the Product Name, List Price, Sales Price, Quantity & Total Price Fields. However, you may want to add additional fields to the page if you need to populate further information when adding Products to Opportunities. A typical example is Line Item Description.

Follow these steps to modify the field set

  1. Click on Object Manager, then select Opportunity Product.
  2. Click on Field Sets, then select the “Product Manager – Additional Columns” field set.
  3. Drag and drop the fields that you wish to use into the “In the Field Set” Section.
  4. Save the Field Set.

You can now view the additional fields on the second page of the Product Manager.

Note that only Opportunity Product object fields can be used in this field set.
