Customizing the Contact Heat Map

The Contact Heat Map is an enhancement to the previous Contact Roles feature.

Customizing the Axis and Relationship Status

You can amend the existing default picklist values to more business-specific terms should you wish:

  • Go to Setup
  • In the Quickfind bar, search “Picklist Value Sets”
  • To create or edit the Influence values, choose the Heat Map X-Axis. For the Likelihood to Recommend, choose the Heat Map Y-Axis; for the Status, choose the Heat Map Relationship Status.

  • To create a new value, click New

  • To modify an existing value, click the edit button.
  • When you have made your changes, click save.

 

Creating or Editing Heat Map Values

  1. Click the Nine Dots in the Top Left of the page
  2. In the search bar, search “Heat Map Values.”

  1. To create a new value, click New.
  2. To modify an existing value, click the edit button in the dropdown arrow on the appropriate record.
  3. When you have made your changes, click save.
