Modifying the KPI % Field in the Key Account Plan Banner

The Key Account Planner app has a standard % Target Achieved field to track Account Plan performance. However, you can use your own custom percentage field should you wish. If you are a custom percentage field, you will also want to display it in the Key Account Plans banner.

Here are the steps to do that:

• Click Setup.
• Object Manager.
• Navigate to the Key Account Plan (the object is called Key Account Plan, not Account Plan).
• Field Sets
• Account Plan Banner Target Achieved Percentage 
• By default, the standard % Target Achieved Field will be in the Field Set.
• Replace it with your field
• Click Save

Note: Only the first % field will display, and only the field type of percentage will display.
