Target Tracker by GSP | Opportunity Fields
The Opportunity Object contains the following fields. Remember, you can add custom fields important to your business to the Opportunity object (and remove any standard fields you don’t need).
- # Close Date Date Month Extensions GSPTargets__Close_Date_Month_Extensions__c, Number)
Automatically calculates the months the Close Date has moved from the original value. - # Closed Lost Opportunities GSPTargets__MST_Closed_Lost_Opportunities__c, Formula, Number)
Automatically stamps with a value of 1 if the Opportunity is set to Closed Lost. - # Closed Won Opportunities GSPTargets__MST_Closed_Won_Opportunities__c, Formula, Number)
Automatically stamps with a value of 1 if the Opportunity is set to Closed Won. - # Open Opportunities GSPTargets__MST_Open_Opportunities__c, Formula, Number)
Automatically stamps with a value of 1 if the Opportunity is not Closed Won or Closed Lost. - Auto Update GSPTargets__Auto_Update__c, Checkbox)
Checkbox to auto-update the Targets when updates are made to the Opportunity. - Close Month GSPTargets__Close_Month__c, Formula, Number)
Converts the Opportunity Close Date into a number based on the Month. - Close Year GSPTargets__Close_Year__c, Formula, Number)
Converts the Opportunity Close Date into a number based on the Year. - Closed Lost GSPTargets__MST_Closed_Lost__c, Formula, Currency)
Automatically stamps with the Opportunity Amount when it is set to Closed Lost. - Closed Won GSPTargets__MST_Closed_Won__c, Formula, Currency)
Automatically stamps with the Opportunity Amount when it is set to Closed Won. - Date Opportunity was Closed GSPTargets__Date_Opportunity_was_Closed__c, Lookup (User)
Automatically stamps with the date when the Opportunity is set to Closed Won. - Days Open GSPTargets__Days_Open__c, Formula, Number)
Automatically stamps with the number of days the Opportunity is in the Pipeline. - Days SInce Last Stage Change GSPTargets__Days_Since_Last_Stage_Change__c, Formula, Number)
Automatically stamps with the number of days since the Opportunity changed stage. - Do Not Link to Target GSPTargets__Do_Not_Link_To_Target__c, Checkbox)
Allows you to prevent an Opportunity from linking to Target Records. - Last Stage Change Date GSPTargets__Last_Stage_Change_Date__c, Formula, Date)
Automatically calculates the Date when the Opportunity Stage was last changed. - Pipeline GSPTargets__MST_Pipeline__c, Formula, Currency)
Automatically stamps with the Opportunity Amount when it is in the pipeline. - Sales Target GSPTargets__Monthly_Sales_Target__c, Lookup, Sales Target)
This allows you to see which sales target the opportunity has been linked to. - Target Type GSPTargets__Target_Type__c, Picklist)
This allows you to define the target type of this opportunity (if you are using it). - Team GSPTargets__Region__c, Picklist)
This allows you to define the team for this opportunity (if using). - Team Target GSPTargets__Team_Target__c, Lookup, Team Target)
Allows you to see which Team Target the Opportunity has been linked to. - Weighted Pipeline GSPTargets__MST_Weighted_Pipeline__c, Formula, Currency)
Automatically stamps with the Opportunity Amount when it is in the pipeline, taking into account the Opportunity Stage probability
