Product Manager Button when using Dynamic Actions on Quotes

If you use the standard Salesforce Quotes Object, you can also use the Product Manager on Quotes. To do this, you need to install the GSP Core Suite for Quotes package from the AppExchange. This is a free add-on when you purchase the Product Manager.

Follow these steps to add the Product Manager Button to your Quote Lightning Record Page(s).

1. Navigate to a Quote
2. Click the Cog in the top right, then select edit page.
3. When the page loads, select the Highlight Panel.
4. Click on the “Add Action” button from the menu on the right.
5. In the “Search Actions” section, select the “Product Manager” action and click “Done”. Optionally, you can set up a filter to limit when the “Product Manager” button will be visible.
6. In the menu on the right side, drag and drop the “Product Manager” action to place it in the appropriate position. We suggest placing it as the first action on the page.
7. Click Save, and if required, Activation.
8. Repeat the steps if you have multiple Quote Lightning Record Pages
