Salesperson Schedule Targets Fields

The Salesperson Schedule Target object has the fields in the table below.

Remember, you can add custom fields important to your business for any object in the system.

Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)

 

  • % Qty Target Acheived (GSPProdSched__Quantity_Target_Achieved__c, Formula (Percent))
    This field refers to the percentage of the quantity target achieved to date.
  • % Target Achieved (GSPProdSched__Target_Achieved__c, Formula (Percent))
    This field refers to the percentage of the revenue target achieved to date.
  • Expected Quantity (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity__c, Formula (Number))
    This field refers to the total expected quantity currently achieved.
  • Expected Target % Achieved (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity_Target_Achievement__c, Formula (Percent))
    This field represents the total expected quantity expressed as a percentage against the salesperson target.
  • Expected Variance Amount (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity_Variance_Amount__c, Formula (Number))
    This field shows the difference between the value of schedules the salesperson has booked against their Sales Target.
  • Month (GSPProdSched__Month__c, Formula (Number))
    This field refers to the month in which the Sales Target is valid. All closed won schedule amounts will count toward this Sales Target.
  • Pipeline as % of Target (GSPProdSched__Pipeline_as_of_Target__c Formula (Percent))
    This field refers to the total pipeline revenue achieved expressed as a percentage against the target amount.
  • Pipeline Quantity (GSPProdSched__Pipeline_Quantity__c, Number)
    This field refers to the total pipeline quantity amount currently achieved.
  • Pipeline Revenue (GSPProdSched__Pipeline_Revenue__c, Currency)
    This field refers to the total pipeline revenue amount currently achieved.
  • Quantity Target (GSPProdSched__Quantity_Target__c, Number)
    This is the total targeted quantity amount.
  • Revenue Target (GSPProdSched__Revenue_Target__c, Currency)
    This is the total targeted revenue amount.
  • Target Month (GSPProdSched__Target_Month__c, Date)
    This field refers to the month of the salesperson target.
  • Target Owner (GSPProdSched__Target_User__c, Lookup)
    This lookup field links the sales target to the user assigned to it.
  • Target Type (GSPProdSched__Target_Type__c, Picklist)
    This field allows the admin to customise the type of sales target being used.
  • Weighted Pipeline (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Revenue__c, Currency)
    This value refers to the total weighted amount for all schedules linked to this target.
  • Weighted Pipeline as % Target (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Pipeline_as_Target__c, Formula (Percent))
    This field refers to the weighted pipeline revenue amount currently achieved expressed as a percentage against the target amount.
  • Weighted Quantity (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Quantity_Amount__c, Number)
    This value refers to the total weighted quantity for all schedules linked to this target.
  • Won Quantity (GSPProdSched__Won_Quantity__c, Number)
    This field refers to the quantity value of closed won Opportunity Schedules.
  • Won Revenue (GSPProdSched__Won_Revenue__c, Currency)
    This field refers to the revenue value of closed won Opportunity Schedules.
  • Year (GSPProdSched__Year__c Formula (Text))
    This field refers to the year for which the target applies.
