Team Schedule Target Fields | Product Schedules by GSP

The Team Schedule Target object has the fields in the table below.

Remember, you can add custom fields important to your business for any object in the system.

Key: Field Label (API Name, Field Type, Additional Information)

 

  • % Qty Target Achieved (GSPProdSched__Quantity_Target_Achieved__c, Formula)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the % quantity achieved towards the target.
  • % Target Achieved (GSPProdSched__Target_Achieved__c, Formula)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the % revenue achieved towards the target.
  • Expected Qty Target % Achievement (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity_Target_Achievement__c, Formula)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the % quantity achieved towards the target of won + weighted pipeline schedules.
  • Expected Qty Variance Amount (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity_Variance_Amount__c, Formula)
    Expected Quantity minus the Target Value
  • Expected Quantity (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity__c, Formula)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the quantity you should achieve towards the target from won + weighted pipeline schedules.
  • Expected Revenue (GSPProdSched__Expected_Revenue__c, Formula)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the revenue you should achieve towards the target from won + weighted pipeline schedules.
  • Expected Target % Acheived (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity_Target_Achievement__c, Formula)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the % revenue achieved towards the target of won + weighted pipeline schedules.
  • Expected Variance Amount (GSPProdSched__Expected_Quantity_Variance_Amount__c, Formula)
    Expected revenue minus the Target Value
  • Pipeline as % of Target (GSPProdSched__Pipeline_as_of_Target__c, Formula)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the % revenue you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules.
  • Pipeline Quantity (GSPProdSched__Pipeline_Quantity__c, Number)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the quantity you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules.
  • Pipeline Revenue (GSPProdSched__Pipeline_Revenue__c, Currency)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the revenue you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules.
  • Qty Pipeline as % of Target (GSPProdSched__Quantity_Pipeline_as_of_Target__c, Formula)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the % quantity you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules.
  • Quantity Target (GSPProdSched__Quantity_Target__c, Number)
    This field refers to the total quantity target for this Team Target.
  • Revenue Target (GSPProdSched__Revenue_Target__c, Currency)
    This field refers to the total revenue target for this Team Target.
  • Target Month (GSPProdSched__Target_Date__c, Date)
    This field refers to the month in which the target is active.
  • Team (GSPProdSched__Team__c, Picklist)
    This pick list field refers to the team to which this target applies.
  • Weighted Pipeline as % Target (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Pipeline_as_Target__c, Formula)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the % revenue you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules taking into account the opportunity stage probability
  • Weighted Pipeline Qty as % Target (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Quantity_Pipeline_as_Target__c, Formula)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the % quantity you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules taking into account the opportunity stage probability
  • Weighted Quantity (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Quantity_Amount__c, Number)
    If using Quantity Targeting it tells you the quantity you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules taking into account the opportunity stage probability
  • Weighted Revenue (GSPProdSched__Weighted_Revenue__c, Currency)
    If using Revenue Targeting it tells you the revenue you should achieve towards the target from pipeline schedules taking into account the opportunity stage probability
  • Won Quantity (GSPProdSched__Won_Quantity__c, Number)
    This field refers to the total won quantity being counted in the Team Target.
  • Won Revenue (GSPProdSched__Won_Revenue__c, Currency)
    This field refers to the total won revenue being counted in the Team Target.
