Using The Contact Heat Map
The Heat Map is an enhancement to the previous Contact Roles feature.
It allows you to track the critical company and interpersonal relationships you need to manage relationships with stakeholders proactively.
Accessing the Contact Heat Map
To access the heat map, use the following steps:
- Go to the Key Account Plan
- Click the Manage Account Plan Button (Top Right)
- Select the Contact Heat Map Option
Adding Contacts Onto the Heat Map
- All Contacts Appear on the right-hand side of the page.
- You can filter contacts using the funnel (button in blue) and filter on various fields.
- To bring a contact onto the heat map, drag and drop them into the square where they should be placed.
- To remove a contact from the heat map, drag them to the right-hand side.
- Drag and drop them from one square to another to change their position.
- Remember to click save when you are happy with your changes.
Filtering the Heat Map Contacts
You can display contacts on the right-hand side of the heat map by filtering them using the grid.
You can do this in four ways:
- By clicking on an individual square
- By clicking an X-Axis value
- By clicking a Y-Axis value
- By clicking one of the status values
To remove any filter, click X on the right-hand side or click the same place you used to set the filter.
