Customizing the Account Hierarchy Page

You access the Account Hierarchy page via the Manage Account Plan button on the Key Account Plan or the Account Hierarchy button on the Account.

The page shows all related accounts and their contacts. A pre-defined data set displays essential fields for each Contact, including Title and Reports.

You can customize the Contact-related fields that appear on the page. To do this, go to:

  • Setup.
  • Object Manager.
  • Contact.
  • Field Sets.
  • Click on the Contact Hierarchy field set.

Drag any standard or custom field from the Contact into the field set:

The fields in the Field Set then appear for each Contact on the Account Hierarchy page.
