  • How do I view the Product Manager on an Opportunity?
    Add the Product Manager Button to your Opportunity Page Layout.
  • How do I create a Group or Bundle?
    Groups and bundles can be created using the New Package Button on the Product tab. This must be added via the List View Layouts Section in the Product Object Setup area.
  • What is the Product Tree Structure?
    The Product Tree Structure determines the columns displayed for each Product in the GSP Package Builder's nested tree structure.
  • What is the Folder Tree Structure?
    The folder tree structure determines the folder structure of the nested tree in the GSP Product Manager.
  • Can the Product Manager be used with Subscription Products?
    Yes, but you must purchase the Subscription Manager App to configure Subscription Products in the Product Manager. If you wish to use Subscription Products and haven’t already bought the Subscription Manager, please get in touch.
  • Can I control User Access to the Product Manager?
    Yes, the Product Wizard App has a permission set that enables you to apply the permission set to grant users full access to the app.
  • Can I adjust the filters in the Product Manager?
    The Product Filters - Nested Tree, Field Set determines which filters are available for the nested tree structure in the GSP Product Manager page.
  • What is the difference between a Group & Bundle?
    Below is the definition for a Bundle and a Group: Product Bundle - When you add a Bundle to an Opportunity, the total price of the components will be assigned to the Bundle Opportunity Product, and all components within the bundle have a $0 value. Product Group - When you add a Group to an Opportunity, the price of each component will be assigned to the Opportunity Product, and the Group Opportunity Product has a $0 value.
  • Can I configure both Groups & Bundles in my environment?
    Yes, you can have group, bundle, and standalone products when using our app.  
  • How does the Product Manager Search Function Work?
    The search function allows you to quickly filter through your products by bringing relevant products that match your search criteria to the forefront.
