Using Reports and Dashboards
The app includes four dashboards, which you can find on the Dashboards tab.
The four dashboards are:
- Product Targets
- Sales Manager Dashboard
- Salesperson Target Overview (Lightning)
- Team Targets Overview (L)
Your system administrator can customize and tailor each dashboard to meet additional reporting requirements.
Product Targets
This dashboard includes charts showing Salesperson Product Target revenue performance, including sales versus target. It also contains detailed charts on pipeline coverage and expected revenue for future target months.
The Dashboard also provides insight into product category-level performance.
Sales Manager Dashboard
This dashboard gives the Sales Manager powerful pipeline coverage and funnel management insights. The Sales Manager should use this dashboard to conduct performance meetings with salespeople. It should also help identify the areas for improvement and the likelihood of achieving targets. Over time, this Dashboard should help drive target setting.
Salesperson Target Overview (Lightning)
This dashboard includes charts showing Salesperson Target revenue performance, including sales versus target. It also contains detailed charts on pipeline coverage and expected revenue for future target months.
The Dashboard also provides insight into company-level performance against target.
Team Target Overview (L)
This dashboard includes charts showing Team Target revenue performance, including sales versus target. It also contains detailed charts on pipeline coverage and expected revenue for future target months.
