Understanding the Product Schedule Billing Status

You can use the Schedule Status picklist field to track the progress of individual product schedules.

By default, the Schedule Status has the following values.

• Pipeline. This value is automatically set when the opportunity is in the funnel.
• Booked. This value is automatically set when the opportunity is set to Closed won.
• Shipped. Optional value.
• Invoiced. Optional value.
• Paid. Optional value.

Salespeople or other users set the Schedule Status in some businesses to track delivery, invoicing, and payment status on individual schedules. The updates can be performed manually, or system administrators can build Flows to update the Schedule Status automatically based upon agreed business logic. System administrators can also modify the picklist values and introduce new values.
