Updating Individual Product Schedules for an Opportunity Product

You can modify the Product Schedules associated with Opportunity Products in two ways.

Update schedules via the Manage Schedules button

1. Click the Manage Schedules button on an Opportunity.
2. Go to the Mass Edit Schedules page.
3. Here, you can modify the values of an individual schedule and use the auto-calculate function to re-align your schedule and product values based on your changes.

Remember, you modify the Booked Amount field while the Opportunity is in the pipeline stages and the Expected Amount field once the Opportunity has been Closed Won.

Update schedules via the Related List

1. Scroll to the Product Schedules Related List on an Opportunity.
2. Click View All.
3. Find the Schedule you want to modify.
4. Click on it.
5. Edit the appropriate fields.
6. Click Save.

Remember, you modify the Booked Amount field while the Opportunity is in the pipeline stages and the Expected Amount field once the Opportunity has been Closed Won.
