Updating the Product Schedule Status Picklist

You can easily update the Product Schedule Status picklist values:

1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Click Object Manager.
3. Go to the Product Schedules Object.
4. Click Fields and Relationships.
5. Find the Schedules Status Picklist.
6. Scroll down to the Values section.
7. Click New, and create a new picklist value.
   
8. Click Save.

You can also define the Product Schedule Status values that apply when the opportunity is set to Closed Won.

To do this:

1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Search for Custom Settings.
3. Click Manage next to the Schedule Status Mapping custom setting.
4. Click New.
5. In the Name field, enter “Closed Won”.
6. In the Picklist Value field, type the Product Schedule Status value you want to automatically apply when the opportunity is set to Closed Won.
   
7. Click Save.
